European Motorcycles of Western Oregon is a locally owned and operated small business. In 2004, Scott Russell & Madelyn Russell opened the doors to their dealership on West Eleventh Avenue in Eugene.

Just like you, Scott & Madelyn are motorcyclists that love riding and they have to balance day-to-day responsibilities with enjoying two-wheeled therapy. Because they are active owner operators, riding comes second to managing their businesses in Eugene and Tigard. Consequently, they never ride as much as they would like, so they make the most of opportunities when presented. As an example, in 2014, they shipped their bikes to South Carolina, rode the Tail of the Dragon, then spent the next twenty-one days riding the Trans-America Trail (TAT).
